Package Shipping
You can select the shipping method that best suits your needs during the checkout process, or choose a BITMAN store for order pickup. Generally, packages are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide a link to track your order online. If you opt to pick up your order at a BITMAN store, you will receive email notifications whenever your order status changes.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport costs may vary based on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine separate orders, and shipping costs will apply to each one individually. We are not liable for any damage your package may sustain after shipment, though we take every precaution to protect fragile items.
